Discover how Weaver Trust, a multi-academy trust in Cheshire, transformed its writing culture through the Ready Steady Literacy programme.

In this case study, Director of Education Alison Lawson shares how a two-year Everybody Write school-improvement project helped build staff confidence in teaching writing, strengthened knowledge of National Standards and reduced workload.

The project also supported a stronger whole-school literacy culture, helping pupils develop greater confidence as writers and creating a more consistent approach to writing across the trust.
