Ready Steady Curriculum Geography - Y6 Coasts

£20.00

This unit aims to build on the Year 3 ‘Mountains and Rivers’ unit by extending children’s knowledge of coastal regions beyond river deltas and estuaries, and by revisiting the concept of water force erosion. Through studying coasts, children will be able to engage in geographical issues such as the stewardship of coastal environments, differing perspectives on coastal development and broader issues such as climate change.
